    Pulled pork

    Brine
    Brown sugar
    Salt
    BBQ run spice
    Cider
    Apple Vinegar


    24 HT later
    Frenchie mustard rubbed and BBQ spice rub


    6 hrs later at 2 am started smoking .



    So at 12 pm.wrapped it for an hr



    Excellent result .
