    Beehive Cheesecake

This looks like a lot of work but it looks so good. I have a weakness for cheese cake. Adding this for reference later.

Edit: I can't the video to embed so I found the original recipe site.

And now I need the next larger pants size just for watching that...let us know if it's as yummy as it sounds.

Such a cute idea- using bubble wrap to make the honeycomb portion. I'm not a big fan of honey but I do love me some cheesecake, too. I'll bet that bubble wrap idea could be put to good use making something else. I wonder how chocolate would work and why would you have chocolate with that design on it, anyway? Think, think, think...

I'm sure someone around these parts would enjoy a chocolate espresso cheesecake, which is a bit less fiddly than making all those little bees and the caramel honeycomb, even if I include the chocolate leaves. I cannot say this out loud or I will commit myself to the making.

That looks pretty delish, but way too much work! I make a few different cheesecakes, and while they can be time consuming, I do love me some cheesecake. ONe of the things I've changed over the years is to do them as cupcakes, less trouble, no water bath and you don't have to worry about cracks!

I do that, too. They seem like the perfect serving size. Man, I'm really wanting some cheesecake now!
