      Fish Stix

      You'll need;
      Alaskan Pollock filets
      egg beaters
      honey trees (sugar free imitation honey, American diabetic society approved)
      Santa Cruz chili & spice's fajita seasoning (no salt)
      oregano
      lemon juise
      Panko

      make up a mixture of the egg beaters, honey & spices into a bowl
      cut filets into strips aprox 1/2" wide.
      Spread panko out on wax paper.

      Dip fish strips into mixture and roll into panko. Place on a cookie sheet and bake in pre-heated oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 35-45 mins

      this is will work with chicken too.

      Love fish, any way. Ah, except raw. Gonna have to try this. Thanks.

      that sounds like they'd taste WAAAAYYYYYY better than those frozen "sticks", plus way healthier too! hmmmm, have some frozen filets just waiting for a cooking idea...
