This is off a Betty Crocker box. It's really good!
1 package(21.5 ounces)Betty Crocker fudge brownie mix
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 egg
1 can (14ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese softened
1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare brownie mix as directed on package except-- bake 20 minutes.
Beat vanilla, egg, milk, and cream cheese in large bowl until smooth. Pour over baked brownie layer. Bake until topping is set, 25 minutes. Cool 2 hours; spread with pie filling. Cut into 1 1/2 or 2 inch squares. Store in refrigerator. Should make 48 small, or 24 large brownies.
High altitude Directions (3500 to 6500 feet): stir in 2 tablespoons gold metal all purpose flour into brownie mix(dry). Increase first bake time to 25 minutes.

Oh yay Kathy thanks so much. I see you have a horse so do we. Well actually my daughter does. Those brownies sound so good partly because I love cherry pie filling lol
