    Fish Stix

    You'll need;
    Alaskan Pollock filets
    egg beaters
    honey trees (sugar free imitation honey, American diabetic society approved)
    Santa Cruz chili & spice's fajita seasoning (no salt)
    oregano
    lemon juise
    Panko

    make up a mixture of the egg beaters, honey & spices into a bowl
    cut filets into strips aprox 1/2" wide.
    Spread panko out on wax paper.

    Dip fish strips into mixture and roll into panko. Place on a cookie sheet and bake in pre-heated oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 35-45 mins

    this is will work with chicken too.
