Thanks for the INFO. I looked at the link in your post and followed up looking at images for Histiocytoma. What I saw looks very much like what BooBoo has on her ear. I will be calling the vet first...

It is on the inside of the ear, close to the tip edge about an inch. If you look at my thumb and finger it is about an inch from the edge.
