And what is ridiculous is that much south of Naples, pizza is so-so. Pizza in Sicily is horrible. It's a very narrow cuisine over there.

I spend a lot of time living / working in Italy, so don't hate me, but (1) I generally don't eat pizza outside of Italy unless we make it and (2) I don't eat pizza in Italy north of Rome, and (3)...
