I think I may have found one closer! I'll speak with my parents about this and hopefully they agree to surrender him even if it breaks my heart.

I'm in the Southern part of the U.S. and I have found two Lab rescue centers here and the closest one is an hour and a half away.

That is literally what she told me and also the lady that I spoke with from the animal emergency clinic! They both told me the same thing!

He's never tied outside. He runs free outdoors. The reason I tied him up in the garage is because he destroys everything in his path. Reason he got a hold of that stupid rat poison (I think).
