They're both so cute!
Mike, Trad is indeed a gift from the heavens. Thank-you for sharing such beautiful words, very touching.
You've done a great job with Trad and love him so much and it shows! :)
Meeps83, picturing Bear snoring made me smile, both Bear and Maverick sound so cute!
Mike, yep, I'm learning they can make all sorts of noises in their sleep! It's funny, I've had dogs in my life...
Sometimes in his sleep, Hunter makes this sound that sounds like a faucet dripping.
Anyone else hear a "faucet dripping", or any other sounds, from their sleeping dog?
Your grandbaby sounds adorable and I have to agree -- must be so much fun seeing them interact! :)
Trad does look very focused, he's such a good boy. Great picture!
All the best on Wednesday or Thursday when Cassie undergoes the procedure. Let us know how it all goes and plenty of good thoughts for Cassie and you.
Happy Birthday Thor!
I haven't had Hunter for even a month yet, so I'm not sure if he will become camera shy, but so far, he's isn't.
I enjoyed reading the posts on how you came up with names! Very nice! :)
I adopted Hunter at age three and his previous owner named him. I read that it's possible to change a dog's name, but...
Wishing a very happy 6 months birthday to Brian and Bear!
Smartrock, thank-you for the info & link, appreciate it! I will check out the link.
Sparky, thank-you, that's good info to know, that they can be re tied in.
Way to go, Archie! That's awesome, Poptop! Good job. :)
Crafther, oh my goodness, Latte looks soo cute playing with her shuffle mat, and it looks like she's have a lot of fun with it! Great pic!!

Thank-you so much, everyone!
Silverfz, I feel very lucky to have Hunter!
The previous owner was tearful giving up Hunter, but he felt that he had to re-home Hunter as he (the previous owner)...
Janedoe, thanks for explaining that. I'm hoping and praying everything works out. Please keep us updated.
Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question, but could they remove the tumor instead of removing Fran's spleen? I'm guessing if that was a possibility, they would have mentioned it.
Glad to hear...
LOL! :) I wouldn't doubt it though...just as he is learning, I am too in some ways!
Thanks SunDance, he is a very good boy who does want to please.
ETA: LOL...I just showed my husband this...

Those are so lovely! Love them!
I will see if Mason is interested in doing those things (sit, stay) with Hunter. Thank-you for the suggestion. A few times I've asked Hunter to "sit" and then I have given Mason a treat to give to...
They are very beautiful! Happy New Year to you as well! :)
Thanks, Bernie. I have been looking online for trainers and I am going to try calling some lab rescues to see if they can recommend a good one. It's worth a try, right?
Hunter is already very...
Thanks again. :)
I've been noticing that when Hunter gets excited, he's been grabbing his favourite toy in his mouth. In the beginning, I'd offer it to him when he was getting excited, and now he...
