It was probably the driest grounds in Carnation WA I've ever seen this weekend for a Spring test. Normally we're knee deep in mud. The ponds were all much lower than I recall for the May tests......
I too will have to deal w/ irrigation rationing this year for the first time in 10 yrs. We were told last week that we'd get 60% of normal, and by the end of the week they decreased that to 54%. ...
