Lots of good info here. I just want to add that as for the biting, if one watches the mothers w/ their litters, one of the things she will do is take the obnoxious pup down to the ground at the neck...
So what part of the crate isnt working w/ the biting in your opinion? Have you stopped to think that maybe he's just tired (ie why he's using it for his "personal nap time"?)
