Yes and I've been told my lovely 13 yr old yellow lab is afflicted with Laryngeal Paralysis which means her airway can't open enough to breathe well. That creates anxiety which makes it harder to relax and slow their breathes. So I try to calm her down until her breathing return to normal. I would like to find a better solution.

Maybe Dakota is just more heat tolerant.
I'm beginning to think the same thing. Maybe Dakota is more heat tolerant. Majority of the time China seems absolutely fine. I tend to get myself worked up too. and my own anxiety can make stuff with the girls seem like an emergency when it isnt...keeping an eye on things. Thanks for the advice guys, I appreciate it!
