Seething with jealousy at those fenced acres LOL simply because I would love mine to be off leash in my yard.

I'm glad he seems happy and I'm sure he is. But it's tough...I'm sorry. Hang in there.

You're as faithful to Rocky as he is to you. Hugs to you.

The surface isn't the problem, it's that Cookie won't stand still! I do these exercises while he is lying down, it's much easier.

We did Hershey and Baffle both lying down, too...so did their therapists.

I Was going to ask you is you can do them while they're lying down. Cookie looked a bit annoyed that she kept moving his back legs LOL
So what exactly do these exercises do? Is it something every senior dog can benefit from?

Makes the joints more flexible, increases the range of motion, helps the muscles work. I do these every day, I haven't missed a single one, since January 2016. I also do the sit - stand up exercise for his back legs.

I wonder if I should try that one for Dakota-sit-stand (is there a video for that one?). Her back end is weak. She doesn't usually sit anymore, either stands or lays.
