    Mojo for Montana pls

He's been doing great after his last visit to the vet, he got meds for Lymes and Rimadyl for his arthritis. 2 weeks only, since that's been gone he's been doing great...no more heavy panting & he's walking more & more-leading the way so I know it's what he wants.
Yesterday I got home from work & it was the usual love fest with both dogs rushing me-Montana brought me his prized stuffed squeaky cat...nothing unusual. This morning his breathing was a bit quieter than its been lately. Due to his sinus tumor his breathing sometimes sounds like snoring. This morning he was sleeping soundly. Peacefully. When it was just about time for breakfast he woke up and his head kept slightly jerking to the side. Hardly even noticeable but I noticed it. Then my dd saw it too. Periodically just a bit of a jerk to the side. I was not able to tell if this was due to pain but I notice the tumor is today much larger than yesterday. Just like that. I'm assuming this tumor is pressing or spreading to brain tissue & causing this neurological symptom but I'm no a vet...could it be a stroke? He got up & ate, went out to potty came to me for kisses when I asked, wagging his tail. I am going to call the vet to get him in today. I broke into tears when I had a moment alone. I cant see this being the end. I mean...is this how its gonna go??? We've decided a while ago there wouldn't be any surgery. He'd likely not come out of it anyway if there were a chance of cure. Which there is not. So all along my main goal is for him to be happy & of course pain free. I am praying at this point that there is some kind of medicine they can give him so he can be comfortable...in case he is not.
    Mojo please.
