Well, we made the decision to help him cross. He was so fussy as a young dog...he never pottied in the house, and now he just pees while he's laying down and then has to spend the day in it, if we are at work. It's time. I called the vet. I just need to wait for her to call me back with her availability.

So sorry. When you can't keep them clean, dry, comfortable and happy, life in this world is too hard for them. He will be free of the body holding him back. Hugs to you two and your pack in this difficult time.

So very sorry the time has come. When quality of life has diminished to this point, it is the loving thing to do.

Am so sad for all of you. Prayers of comfort and hugs being sent.

crying? oh my goodness....poor poor baby...I am so sorry you are going thru this. Sending good thoughts & praying things settle down for you both a bit.
Read some good advice up there about lowering dosage for a bit so they ca get used to it, just seems so gentle to me, maybe it can do the trick?
    Hang in there...
