You probably can't get Hylasport in Mexico, but I would look up what's in it and see if you can find anything similar. And you might need several pills to accomplish that.

I'm no expert, but first I would try to find out what exactly is wrong with my pup - X rays, blood tests etc. because supplements are okay, but sometimes they are not enough, it really depends. Then based on the diagnosis you might consider pain management and maybe even some anti-inflammatory drugs - NSAIDs, corticosteroids or whatever is commonly used and available where you live. This is what I had to do and did with my girl when at 13+ she started having similar problems. Good luck

I've been using Cosequin D along with 1000 mg of vitamin C and Grizzly oil for supplements. Mardi, 11 yars old, does have problems with a hip and knee and has been doing very well for her problems. The Cosequin D comes in a chewable, the vitamin C is a human grade chewable, the Grizzly oil is a liquid. All get tossed in daily meals so no stuffing pills down throats. Sometimes Mardi has rough spells and we have Tramadol on hand, prescribed by the vet.

I do encourage to get a good senior checkup and blood work to make sure there is not something else going on.

I use Glycoflex Classic. I order it from 1800petmeds. I have used it for years with my senior dogs and my dog with hip dysplasia. I have had VERY good luck with it. I get 300 pills for about $35 and they take 2 a day with their meals. Good luck.

supplements usually take 30+ days to see any results. might be wise to see a vet and maybe the vet can recommend something.
