Trying to map out what all the products are:

1 - actual pain medication like what Rocky is on (Rhumacam/carthrophen injections/gabapentin)
    2 - joint supports/anti-inflammation ( or are those two categories?) with gluc/msm: Glycoflex/Hlasport/Cosequin

And not sure where body sore fits in - more of an extra supplement on top of 1 and 2? no ti was called both pain relief and anti-inflamatory - so if I try this I would be over dosing if i add something from the second item above? Or would it be added to a joint support/anti-inflmmatory

Body Sore definitely works, but it may not be strong enough for Rocky if he's already on gabapentin and rhumacam. I don't know if it would add additional pain relief, but I do know it's safe to take with other pain meds (I've used it with Tramadol). Lily can't have NSAIDs, she had an allergic reaction to Rimadyl, so when she had her knee surgery, I used the Body Sore with Tramadol. It works for Brandy by itself, but I think she just has some old dog aches and pains every once in awhile, nothing major.

I think Vitamin C would be a good thing to add to the joint support/anti-inflammatory category. I use Ester-C tablets, but I know Springtime makes a powdered form that is supposed to be really good too.

    Thanks

that's what I am trying to figure out - at a higher level than "brands" what am i looking for as a management plan. So the actual pain meds (Rhumecam/Gapa) and then maybe add an anti-inflamatory/joint support (be it Glycoflex, Hylasport, Cosequin or whatever). some have Vitamin C in them but if not maybe also add Vitamin

Budget is also an issue as I am already at $150/mt! eek.
