Aww, I'm so sorry. That seems so sudden and unexpected. I bet you're in shock. Hugs to you.
    Godspeed, sweet Missy.

I'm very sorry for your loss. Yes, such a shock. Perhaps when you are feeling up to it you can let us know if there were complications previously unknown. So sad, that's not an uncommon problem, urine dribbling, but it doesn't lead to death. So sad for you. RIP Missy.

Something was apparently obstructing her ureter - there was an incredibly large amount of urune in her bladder. BUN & Creatinine were at toxic levels monday - not because of renal failure, rather because she couldn't adequatly excrete urine. Vet drained bladder & was starting her on another three week course of antibiotics. She passed as soon as we got home ... Was on antibiotics & doing MUCH better four days prior to passing. She went diwn hill quickly over the weekend. No masses seen on xrays.

Today I met an 11 yr old lab mix at the humane society - she's probably going to come home with me soon. At 11, it's hard to find an adoptive family ❤️ I think that Missy would approve.
