    Rocky Update

I post mostly negative Rocky updates so I just thought i'd take the time to post a positive one.

Rock started thyroid meds last week and some supplements. He had his first "treatment" last week (Tens? TENS? TENZ? I don't know haha). I was very upset when he quickly declined in mobility/energy. However, since Monday things have been good! better even. Not sure if it's the cooler weather or the treatment actually did help or just a random "upswing" but i'm enjoying it. He's walking more and not falling behind. Monday he was nearly bouncy!

Hopefully we continue to have good days. I know they won't always be good/better but I want to enjoy them while they are here. I am also trying to not push is walks more. So we did a bit farther on Tuesday but then I took it easy on Wed.

We're back at the vet's next week.

Great news. I think we should all make it a point to post positive things that our seniors do more often. It really is uplifting.

Cookie's physical therapist warned me that he may feel worse during the first week of treatment. Like, they have to get worse before they get better Glad to hear that the treatment is working and that Rocky is feeling better. Keep it up!
