    Stayed home from work today

I didn't feel well all day yesterday. I had to keep running to the bathroom. I thought it was from all the water I was drinking because it's so stinkin hot here. But by 10:00 last night, I was in so much pain I had DH take me to the ER. Turns out I have a UTI. Wow, are they painful! I feel for the doggies who get them because it's really miserable. I decided to stay home from work today and rest up a bit. Sam is acting as my official nurse. We got up at 7 and Sam went outside and then he ate. Nurses need to keep up their strength after all! Then we got back in bed. Sam decided he need to monitor my condition and the best way to do that is to lay on the pillows on top of the my head. Ugh! 90 pounds on your head, sorry Sam not working! We finally got about an extra half hour of sleep after much tossing and turning and jostling for space. You just got to love the Labbie brand of lovin!

    What a sweet nurse.

A UTI is no fun, have had them all my life. Be sure to take ALL the meds. You'll feel better soon and be tempted to stop taking them but don't fall into that trap. If you're not feeling better in the next day or so, go back to the doctor. It may take a different antibiotic.

    Sending you healing thoughts.

I've learned from my dogs if a nap don't make me feel better then i should try a walk. A light hearted attempt at humor, get well!

Hoping you are feeling better real soon. Best medicine....Sam being the nurse. Get lots of lab love, along with taking all your meds, and you will be your ole self in no time.
