See so many who have taken their dogs to nose work classes. I've intended to with Archie but just have not done it yet. It always amazes me how they can detect the tiniest scent. I do play the game of find with Archie and he's pretty good.
This evening he proved how good he really is. Taking apart some Lego sets to have room for Halloween decorations. Dropped a dang small round piece that rolled away, who knows where. Got down to look and finally gave up when my knees were killing me. Showed Archie a piece of Lego and asked him to find. Darn if he didn't, and fast. Not a one time thing, he did it several times for me.
Watch out mushroom hunting dogs, there's a Lego hunting dog in the house.

That's awesome! Sam has trouble finding his own slobbery ball.
We did a nosework course and it was interesting. It was outside, in a park, and Oban was more interested in the other sniffs around. The older, rescue JR was very good at it.
WAs the lego crunched at all? I guess not or you wouldn't have asked him to find more.
