    Autumn In New England

    Aye Mates,
Taking in the autumn splendor as viewed from me neighborhood looking east and south out o'er the Mount Hope Valley which is essentially in me back yard. Another three weeks and this palette o' colors will vanish.

Great pics. I got a go pro and have put it on my motorcycle, rented a atv in white mountains and shot some great video . i messed with a drone for some shot that other day.

we still have some time. went to mohawk trail saturday . A nice 63 degree day so ended up taking the motorcycle and seems we are just starting to fade.the rain and wind has done a number. Other than allergy i love fall.

It's been so warm here this fall none of the trees have really started changing. Read something today that we won't get much color due to the heat and wet weather we had most of the summer/early fall. The silver maple in my back yard is usually full of color by now, but so far it's shed a few leaves, and has not turn color at all.

I'm totally jealous. I was in New England on vacation in October 2016, and was stunned by how spectacular the leaves are, particularly in Maine (we visited Acadia National Park). Leaves change in Kentucky during November, and it's nice, but nothing so vibrantly colorful as what I saw up North.

    That's a glorious image.

I want to walk across the field into the trees, stand and listen to the wind rustling the leaves.
