I'm visiting my family in Northern Michigan this week and today I took my sister's lab mix Lefty to the beach. He loves the water. I wish I had been able to bring Thor with me since he needs a good water mentor! Here's the sweet boy, wishing it wasn't a leash-required beach so he could go swim farther out!

Gorgeous place to swim. Lefty sure looks like he's having fun.
Where' that beach. Great looking swim spot. Leash required, well, just swim out there with Lefty.

Glen Haven in Sleeping Bear Dunes. They have some dog friendly beaches in the area and this is a great one! He got to meet some other doggy friends too!Originally Posted by colding
