I have to admit, when I saw the title of this topic I was thinking "No I don't" xD
I hope you find a way to solve these UTIs! (She looks guilty in your signature, I think she is sorry about the carpet xD)
Let's see, that makes about 4 in the last 4-5 months? Took her brown butt in to the vet yesterday and we are sending this urine sample out for a culture. The two meds she's been on don't seem to be keeping her UTI's away. The good news is that the PH is at 5! First testing it was 9 so I'm guessing the new food combined with the cran caps are working!
My poor carpet and our poor noses.
Forgot to say that she had her 13th b-day on Tuesday the 8th!

Hope she gets better quick! She's a sweet girl!
Hope she gets well, she's getting to be an oldie.
Happy #13-that's awesome-UTIs-not so much
Sorry about the UTIs, glad you've decided to culture. On a great note, Happy 13th birthday!!
Hoping you are having the vet draw urine via cystosentesis (directly from bladder by needle) for a pure sample for a culture/sensitivity. If so you dog needs a full bladder so you need the first appntmnt of the morning to get the urine from the bladder via needle aspiration. If not, you need to question the vet on this because your sample will not be pure enough for a definitive bacteria culture at the lab.
Hoping you get answers and can get her UTI free.
At her age I would also rule out kidney issues by doing a full blood panel. This should include a full urinalysis which shows PH and specific gravity (sg is a good indication of kidney function - along with bloodwork)
