    Hello From Washington State!

After lurking on these forums for awhile, I thought it was time to officially join in the fun with fellow Lab lovers

Here is our Luna girl. She is 18 weeks today and has been such a blessing to our family after the tragic loss of our first lab, Clover. We just finished up our first puppy class this past week and look forward on furthering our training so we can compete in Rally in the future. She is my little love bucket and I am so glad she is here with us despite the reason for her presence. She has been a dream to train, she is very laid back for a puppy and loves to get out and go.

Clover was our first Lab and was amazing in every sense of the word. We lost her on April 7th at just 11 months old. The pain of loosing her is still so very raw and I miss her tremendously. She was truly the perfect dog - There was not one thing she did that drove us nuts. She was a dream to train, was potty trained in a few days, slept through the night, was everyone's best friend including the goats....She was just a wonderful, loving dog.

We have the opportunity to get a full brother of Clover. This will be the last litter from her mamma so it is either now or never. She is due August 4th which means he would come home the end of September if all goes right. We shall see...we have not decided 100% yet.

Hi, Welcome to the Board. Your Luna is lovely and sounds like she's the perfect medicine for you and your family after the loss of your sweet Clover. My heartfelt condolences. Wishing you luck if you get the full brother of Clover. You are much braver than me, having two young Labs at the same time. Not saying it can't be done, but look for loads of training for both. Definitely will keep you occupied.

Hi and welcome! Really sorry for your loss of Clover and congratulations on getting your sweet black girl. Luna's really cute and she sort of reminds me of someone who looked very similar some nine or ten months ago.
