    Bully Horn opinions

Our foster is on kennel lock-down for 4-6 weeks and I would like to know if anyone has any experience with Bully Horns. She has liked the antler, but is using less than before, so we think a change would do her good. The Bully horns seem very tough and long-lasting, so hopefully it will keep her busy and happy.

    thank you

I got a small one for Sophie a couple months back. She wasn't all that excited by it, chewed it a few times and that was it. Bruce (my 18 week old pup) will chew it now and then, but there are other things he likes better.

Jax likes them. He chews on it about every day.

I had to Google it to find out they are the water buffalo horns. My dogs love them and they last quite a while. They chew on one for weeks. I pick through them at the store and look for just the right shape and the thicker/more solid ones when I can find them.

Bacon loves his horns. Make sure you select a thick one. Also, make sure you watch them, Bacon has a few that like to flake.

    Thank you everyone.

I got her a medium size one (they seem to be sized by weight.) it is reasonbly thin for her small mouth, but the bottom 3 inches in completely solid. She has actually started chewing on the larger end which is hollow. On the other hand, my dog Cooper has tried it (he does not like antlers) and has started chewing on the pointy end. If Cooper continues to like it (which is 50/50 with him), I might need to buy him his own.
