DH and I were trying to find something different to do this afternoon and ended up going to an orchard about 25 minutes away and picking peaches. The peaches that were ready for picking were Red Harvest peaches. Oh my, are they delicious!
Sam had a great time running through the orchard and sniffing all the peaches that had dropped to the ground. I think he thought they were balls!
Even more delicious was the peach cobbler we had tonight! Totally decadent!

I wish I had some of that cobbler with Blue Bell ice cream on top. I just gained 2lbs thinking about it.
YUM! Love peaches and those look beautiful. Used to pick in SC, run home and can them. A lot of work but well worth it.
