If your dog doesn't seem bothered, he probably isn't.
Our neighbors have a new puppy, she is probably about 3 months old now. Cooper can't see her (because of trees etc) but he can sure hear her whining a lot. I think the puppy is tied outside while they are doing yard work and chores (they have horses and chickens) and the puppy is not happy. I know I don't enjoy hearing the poor puppy whining and barking for most of the day, but am curious as to whether it would stress Cooper out or not?? Cooper doesn't seem bothered by it, but I'm not really sure....

Agreed. I can always tell when Bacon is being bothered by something.
