    The Wayback Machine

With the Great Lab Board Server Fry of 2014, we've lost a number of important stickies and posts.

Using the Wayback Machine I've been able to locate the missing posts, and have started posting them in the General Health and Reference Guides forum. The last time the old board was crawled was April 23, 2014, which is just before the crash and burn.

I am crediting the original authors of these posts, and I hope no one minds.

Hmmm. Well that's funny then because the neuter one was updated before that but the one up now is before my update. But doesn't matter, I can update it again once we get a bit more settled. Do you, or does anybody, remember the wording I had before the article links? I wonder if it was too wordy and I should just let folks read the articles and figure it out on their own?

    Thanks Sue.

This is a good, resourceful approach to the problem. I had the same idea, but I decided to write a lengthy post about CCL issues in the health forum, as I know it is an important topic.

It'll take time, but eventually we'll have most of the important info back so people can search for information. I know I've used it quite a bit, especially in the early days of first-time dog ownership.

Some of the actual posts are from before the April 23, not everything was crawled at the time. I just consider it wonderful we can get some of the info back. Oh, and I copied and pasted verbatim what was there. I think the UC Davis study is missing. Let me know the extra links besides those and I will edit/add them.

For those interested, just google The Wayback Machine Internet Archive and type in the lab board URL.

Amazing, I never knew such a thing existed and of course I had to check it out, wow. Things you learn on this board, besides about our beloved breed. Well done and thanks for retrieving (pun intended ) such invaluable information. as those stickies were one of the things I thought would be sorely missed and I was going to pick up some from other sources.
