    Labbie meets a piggie

Maggie just met a pot belly pig. We were visiting a local pet store and she spotted the pig from across the store, so I took her over to see it. When we were about ten feet away, Maggie crouched down and crawled wagging her tail like crazy over to the pig. She then licked the poor pigs face very enthusiastically- think "I love you new friend, I love you," not "hmmm, you taste like bacon". The pig's owner said that she owns a doggie day care so Iggy the pig was very used to dogs. A minute into my nutty puppy's hilarious submissive/overjoyed greeting, she stood up waging her tail even harder, looked at the pig for a minute, and then offered a play bow. After we walked away from the pig we heard him squeal a few times elsewhere in the store, and each time Maggie looked up at me and wagged her tail like crazy. She really loved that pig!

That's a real sweet story - another example that animals, namely dogs and pigs, who are very smart, can behave better than, probably most, people. Thanks for sharing

Thats awesome!!! There is a guy at the local pet store who brings in his bunny on a leash. Bacon thinks he is the coolest thing ever!
