Mardi and Archie don't have problems with yogurt but I feed plain greek yogurt as a topper on a meal. I've not tried the yogurt bone.

Never had an issue with yogurt but when you add something new to your dog's diet always start slow - smaller quantities in the beginning. That way you will avoid potential stomach upset.

I can't use yogurt as a topper but if it is mixed with like a smoothie and he gets a little bit like a spoonful of the smoothie then its ok. But if I add it as a topper or he were to get a whole spoonful of it then I would have issues.

Ram gets 3 teaspoons of yogurt and a Fruitable treat on top of each tsp before bed (I don't think he notices the presentation) and he has never had an issue.

I use fat-free plain yogurt as a staple in Shadow's frozen kongs (mixed with dog food and other goodies). He never had a physical problem with it in any quantity... He once stole and consumed a large container when I answered the door during the middle of the bi-weekly kong assembly. Bad boy -- but at least he cleaned most of the floor up!!

Mocha's never tried the Yogurt bone. Mocha's has gotten 2-3 tablespoons of yogurt (Dannon Light and Fit vanilla) every night before bed since we brought him home. Our vet told us it would help keep his tummy from being hungry but wouldn't "activate" his digestive system. Mocha looks forward to it every night, so we kept it up. When he sees one of use get out the container, he'll run to his kennel and stick his head out waiting. So cute!

I also mix yogurt and a little peanut butter (and banana if I have it) and freeze it in ice cube trays for a frosty paws treat.

Mocha's boxer friend, ZuZu has trouble with the Frosty Paws brand dog treats but was just fine with the yogurt and pb frozen. Maybe there's something in the treat that bothers her but plain or vanilla would be fine.

Both of ours will eat yogurt and cottage cheese but a new bone might cause diarrhea. Sometimes it seems like their stomachs are like cast iron and then other times not so much!
