    Suggestions for cargo liner

I have used 2 Kozy K-9s for a few years in the back of my Subaru Forester (seats folded down flat). The 2nd one basically fell apart, the rubbery stuff on the back started to disinegrate. I liked these because they did not slip and were water resistant. Any suggestions for a replacement?

I have a Forester also, and I use the standard issue cargo liner and a beach towel on the seats when they're folded flat.

I just put a big old thrift store bedspread or comforter back there. The batting soaks up mud and moisture and I can wash them in the washing machine. Plus I have some nice colourful ones. I don't think a single one has cost me more than $5.00.
