    To each his own!

I've said before that my husband loves his new job. He's been there for eight weeks and gets all that great stuff that he used to get before the economy went south - benefits, time and a half overtime, paid vacation, etc. His boss is great. Never raises his voice. Tries to understand what's going on even if it's not part of his experience. Doesn't play the blame game. The kind of attitude my husband became unused to over the years. A few weeks ago, my husband was given unlimited hours based on his work. We were ecstatic. He can work from home, it's really good money and he's no stranger to hard work.

There were four people on the team initially. One guy quit right before my husband started. Two weeks ago, another guy walked. Today the third guy announced his retirement. None had issues really except for the last one who didn't want to work more hours.

My husband called me this morning and basically said, WTH? I don't get it either. We are, however, thrilled.

It sounds as though it's the same when I worked, the hardest thing an employer faces is getting people to show up. . . .??? WTH?

You husband may get way more hours than he expected. So glad he's got a job, with all the benefits, that he's loves. It's hard nowadays to find that.

If you're happy, that's what matters. Jobs aren't one size fits all. Congrats to your hubby for landing something that's working for you!
