First day back in agility after a 2 year hiatus!

I went to check out a new indoor agility place that just opened up by our house this afternoon.

It's been about two years since Daisy has been out on the course but she's still got it! She needs a little refinement on her contacts and I need to work on my footwork but she did really well overall and, more importantly, we both had so much fun.

We're both exhausted and ready for a nap now.

Yes, it was Dogism! We used to live right off East Lake Road so we used to go to a doggy day care place right up the road but then we moved to the Westchase area and it got to be more of a trek so we started going less and less until we just stopped going at all. We really liked Dogism. Their classes are mostly "drop-ins" which is much easier to work into our schedules, reasonably priced, and of course we can't complain about the AC! There were only two teams in class yesterday so we got plenty of runs on the course and the trainer nice to work with.

Awesome! Good for you! It's always fun to go back to something and be surprised at how much they and you remember. Have fun!

We stopped in yesterday to check it out. Very nice place! They have 2 self-wash tubs and good shampoo - we'll be using that this winter.
And - they sell Fromm's!!! Yay! I can save some gas and mileage and TIME!
