looking for a good chest protector

Wondering if anyone has found a good chest protector for their dog, and if so what are you using?

My dog is 24" Tall, 70 pounds - we are currently using a pretty basic one with Velcro but his size puts him too big for a medium and too small for a large. I would prefer one with buckles instead of velcro only, because we will be working through the winter and velcro+snow isn't ideal. It would also be best if it was high vis orange or something high vis. I've read really good reviews about this one at cabela's.

Does it dry nicely? or does it hold water in like a cooling jacket? How has the zipper been?

It dries great. It keeps Bacon nice and warm during hunting, zipper hasnt been an issue. It is extremely sturdy. Bacon is 75 lbs and a XL is perfect.

ETA: I don't know why the link says Warning but it goes to their dog vests.
