    Yay!!!

I contacted a lab rescue by me today sent them a long email all about me my dogs our lifestye. My vaccine schedule. I asked if they would consider me to adopt and also foster. They said I sounded great still need to fill out an application and have home check done but they wouldnot not give me a dog given I have 4 and 6 cats as long as they are seen by a vet and taken care of.

Only thing with fostering I don't know if I could give them back.

Thats awesome! Fostering is very rewarding and fun. Of course, I "failed" at it on my second go and now we have a wiener dog that we love very much.

Yeah I help out at a cat rescue doing all their bottle feeding and I raise the kittens til 8 weeks then the rescue takes them back and finds them home. Last year I kept one from a little I was fostering and if the one I have now didn't already have a home I would be keeping him too lol. I'm more of a dog person than a cat person so I don't know how I would do.

Good for you. Fostering can be hard. Just remember, for each you help and find a home for, there is room for another to be saved.

I hope it works out. Fosters are so valuable. I'd agree though itd be hard to give them up.

I am a foster failure but wish you the best of luck! I wish I had better will power when it comes to animals, I am such a sap. Thank god for those that do it and put their hearts and souls in to helping animals. There is a very special place in heaven for each one of them.

Yeah I have a bad feeling I'm going to be a failure too lol. How can you not fall in love when you have them for so long. I wish I could rescue and keep all of them.
