    Kong Toy

So a couple of weeks ago, after a very traumatic experience, I took Lennon to PetSmart, and let her pick out a toy. She got a Purple Rhino made by kong. I know better than to buy her stuffed toys, because she mutilates them fairly quickly, but thought maybe a kong one may be different. It lasted less time than one from the dollar store! We emailed them, and they sent a new one (waiting to be picked up at the post office) but I definitely wouldn't recommend these for labs, and wouldn't buy another!! we will stick with their more durable toys for sure!

We had to stop buying soft stuff too. He loves soft but they never last more than 1 hour.

Stuffed toys don't last here either with Maddie and Zoe, they have to de-stuff them before they will play with them. If they have a squeaker in them oh man look out they work harder at de-stuffing them till the squeaker is dead.
Gracie is the only one that doesn't de-stuff them.

Kong should know better! The "stuffies" don't last all that long at my house either. I always remove the stuffing - and then they will play tug-a-way together with them.

Stuffed toys are destroyed here. Bacon does love his stuff-free fox though!

Thor destroys stuffed toys pretty quickly, too.

We subscribe to BarkBox and I wish they had an option to not include stuffed toys. He does great with the rubber/chew toys. Stuffies are reserved for toss and fetch games only.

We used to get BarkBox and they sent a Jax and Bones penguin that Luna unraveled in 30 seconds and it was full of floss-like strings inside for stuffing. I flipped out because it could cause and obstruction and Luna could die and I was so mad about it. So I emailed them with a picture of the toy after 30 seconds and they sent a replacement toy and treat for Luna as well as giving me a free month. They put a note on her file she's an aggressive chewer (even though she's really not) and never sent any stuffed things ever again. So might be worth an email.

Daisy chewed up the stuffed toys when she was a puppy but she has outgrown that. Now she just carries her stuffed toys around the house and squeeks them. Her absolute favorite stuffy is a reindeer that we got last year during Secret Santa from smartrock.

The one good thing about seniors, stuffies last a lot longer. Archie has not been particularly hard on them either but the don't last long. All stuffies here are considered a supervised toy.
