    lasagna pan dilemma

Why is it so difficult to find something I want?! If I can think it up in my head, then it surely must exist.
I can't seem to find a lasagna pan that fits my needs.
All I'm looking for is a square 9x9 or 10x10 by like 4 inch deep pan. I like a thick lasagna and to not have to worry about boiling over. It can be any material (metal or ceramic). I've resorted to the disposable type, but an looking for a more permanent solution.
Its just me and the DH for humans in our household, and when I make lasagna it's always in a large pan by default, and I either end up throwing some away (b/c if it goes into the freezer it tends to be forgotten) or giving some away (which I don't mind). But it would be nice for a change just make enough to meet our needs.
If you know of something like this let me know. Granted I don't want to spend the equivalent of a car payment on a dish since I'm not that serious about my cooking and the few times a year that I actually make lasagna.

A quick search showed the cooksdream website. It has Fat Daddio's square pans, 4 inches deep! Who knew?

As a college kid I cooked a lot for me and my drinking buddies. I used a six inch deep roasting pan for lasagna & turkeys depending what was on sale. Had some great times even burned out the apartment stove!

So I looked at the Fat Daddio's site also, never know when you might want something like that. Where can you buy them?

Different places, including Amazon, from what I can see on the web. Here is one link, but you could also go through other sites:

    Amazon.com: Fat Daddio Dining

    Have fun!
