    Merry Christmas to us!

Crafther and I have decided to make our Christmas to each other a home improvement project. We have a 5 year plan from paver sidewalk/grilling porch to a shed to a storage barn along with other smaller projects.
We had the front and side sidewalk with planters installed before Christmas. The stone in the planters came from the old basement of the house we took down on this property to build our new house. We think it looks fantastic! Merry Christmas to us!

Wow very nice! I love the fact that you used part of your old house too keeping it out of the landfill Adds to your curb appeal plus you get to enjoy it every time you look at it knowing it was a gift.

We did the same thing this year, have lived in this house for 11 yrs and finally got our front porch railing installed as a gift to ourselves.

Beautiful! Really gives the house a finished look. Love that you recycled. And look at those beautiful planting beds. Makes you want to get your hands dirty.

Mom and Dad did the same thing with their house. One year they gave each other the tile floor in the basement for Christmas.

Really nice We're planning to recycle as well - have got huge pile of bricks from the old driveway that we'll use to build nice grill and bricked fence in our back garden
