Here we go. This is going to take several threads. I thoroughly love doing this each year. It started about 20+ years ago with "you paint it" kits and evolved each year. DH calls it a pain to bring up all the boxes from the basement but he keeps giving me new items every Christmas. He gave me 4 new houses this year. I lovingly call him my dumb waiter.
View of the set up in the living room.
You'll arrive by train to the old depot. In town there is city hall, several hotels and eateries, a cathedral, a university, and the daily gazette. Don't worry about transportation, plenty of horse drawn buggies to get you to where you need to go.
Oh, there's the tea lady. After the train ride a nice warm cup of tea sounds good.
Off in your carriage to the shops. Watch out for the fire brigade.
The country behind town is beautiful farm land.
Up on the hill is the distillery. Free Samples!
Tree farm and nursery where you can get your holiday tree.
On to part #2.
