I think my camera is dying!

I've done two photoshoots this month (outside) and after shooting for about an hour, the camera would refuse to operate (shutter stops working). I don't think it's the cold (both times it was around -5 C, which is not too cold - never had this type of problem during the previous years). I'll wait for the weather to warm up a bit and see how it works then.

I am really sad. I can't imagine myself without a camera now! I've been saving money to buy a car, but it seems that will have to wait.

Nope, I got it three years ago. It wasn't new at the time, I bought it from a guy as used. So it is old. And I can't say I was sparing it...

But the timing isn't right!

Well...let's keep fingers crossed that the cold got to it...and that it'll start to behave again.

That won't happen! I'll get myself a new one, it's just that the one I've set my eyes on is a bit pricey at the moment... :P

Oh I would miss your beautiful photos. I can understand wanting to get the camera you want . I would wait for it. It took me a long time to pick one out and then lomger to afford it.

Maybe you could find a good camera shop to fix it. Or if there's nothing in your neighborhood maybe the manufacturer can recommend a place to mail it to for repairs.

I will, eventually, if it continues to malfunction. It could be something minor, but I am not willing to spend a fortune on it if it's not... It's really an "old" camera.
