I haven't but it looks good and you can get it on Netflix or Amazon. Based on a true story.
No, but the book is on my Amazon wish list! hadn't realized they made it into a movie
I'll get it when it comes out on DVDs or blu rays
There is a guide dog training facility across the street from my office in downtown Portland. I get to see these dogs being trained on a regular basis going up escalators, elevators, crossing streets, etc. Guide dogs are quite amazing creatures and all of the dogs they train are labrador retrievers. They are just gorgeous. I got in trouble one time when I couldn't resist petting one of the labs when he was in a training session. I was promptly told that "he is working". Oops... my bad.
I followed a working yellow lab this morning leading his blind owner into my office. It was quite amazing how this dog was trained to listen for the chime on the crossing signal before crossing the street. This dog led him perfectly into the same elevator that I was using, up many floors without losing his concentration. Just too cool for school!
I will definitely check out this movie! It has a lot of potential... Love your Avatar picture!
I will definitely watch this movie! It is nice that I can understand the language(Japanese) without subtitles. The movie is based in the Osaka area(Japan is like England, so many different accent), I am assuming by their accent, and I grew up in that area.
I want to see it, but Netflix is not available in my country. Ugh.

I watched it last night and loved it. It's told from the dog's perspective and is not all Hollywooded up. Be warned though, I had to ask my daughter if she was chopping onions in the kitchen nearby, cause something happened to my eyes while I was watching it. You can see it for free at IMDB website below (have to put up with commercials but it is worth it)--
