    Is your lab a kisser?

Does your lab like to give kisses?

Kimber cracks us up because she will only give kisses if we ask, and she acts like she's VERY put upon to do so. The only time she's eager to give us licks is when we have food remnants on our hands (or mustache, in DH's case). When that happens, we comment, "This isn't love, this is grooming."

When we get up in the morning, or getting home from work, we get all of the kisses! Any other time, we have to ask, and then we unleash the kissy monster, and he wont stop!!

Benelli and Gauge are both kissers. I'm usually woken up to their kisses telling me its time to get up.

Awww, kissy monsters! Kimber's one of those aloof labs- affection is given on her terms- so I love to hear about the wildly affectionate labs.

My kissy monster feeds off of your laughter. If you laugh when he kisses you, he kisses you more to get you to laugh more. Such a goof ball!

All kissers except Mardi. She rarely gives a kiss and when she does, it's very special.

But all fall way behind Archie.

Mocha is not a kissy monster but he will slurp you a good one if given a chance!
We were waiting outside the local grocery store for DW to return. Folks were stopping by to love on Mocha. I warned everyone, if you stick your face down close to Mochas face he will kiss you. One lady said she didn't allow her lab to kiss her. She then got to close and SLURP, she laughed and said " you warned me!"

Oliver is a kisser but I think it more of a grooming thing...One night he licked the entire side of my face and started working on my hair. I didn't know if I should be offended or not....did he think I was dirty or just taste good? He does like to lick my hands though when he starts to get tired and is getting ready to snuggle for his nap.

Thor is a love bug and that means lots of kisses! Usually in the morning about 5 minutes before the alarm goes off. He especially loves ears and armpits at that time of day (ew). And yes, I think the giggling just makes it worse!
