The Most Ancient and Magnificent Trees From Around the World

The love oaks in Savannah are very old and beautiful. They are treasures and have caretakers.

Over in California at mission San Luis Rey near Oceanside, Ca is the oldest "california pepper tree" that I love to see. They were actually imported from South America by the Padres. Awesome how the roots swirl around the buildings.

Can't see anything about trees at either link. Once I click the link then what should happen? I get a bunch of videos to choose from and none are trees. ???????

Thanks, this one works. Sent it to my OH, Forest Tree Technician.

ETA: OH really liked it. He worked in a provincial tree nursery, so young trees, but in the back of the swamp there are some big old cedars, really old. Nothing like the video though.

Sorry you're having trouble. They are magnificent trees.

During the time I lived in Savannah, the Spanish moss started disappearing. It is an air plant and increased pollution was having it's effect. I understand that has changed. Had a couple of friends who were allergic to the moss and had outbreaks like touching poison ivy.

One funny thing, had a coworker in Savannah who bought some paint, the color name moss. She was surprised it was green and not grey like the Spanish moss.
