    Nolan and Hemi

    Nolan and Hemi,

I know I have mentioned this before but I have Great Nephew named Nolan, he was born exactly 2 months after Hemi. So he has grown up with Hemi and matured with Hemi and they are the bestest of friends. They both love to play in the water and they have a lot of interesting conversations. Well I am currently traveling for work and so Hemi had to stay the night with my sister, who also happens to be babysitting for Nolan over night. Oh and Nolan calls my sister Mas, like the last half of Grandma's. Since he was first learning to talk they would say want to go to Grandma's and so Mas stuck.

Nolan came down stairs this morning, Hemi and My mom and my sister were up at the table. First words out of Nolans mouth as Hemi came to greet him.

"Good Morning Hemi, Did you enjoy your sleepover as Mas's"
Hemi just wiggled and wagged. My mom asked Nolan "What did Hemi say?"
Nolan said, "Woof Woof, Yes I Did"

You have to love kids and dogs.

Picture of Hemi in the foreground, Nolan in his PJ's and Uncle Mac in the back and my mom behind that.

Well I have an update on Lizzie. My sister's rescue. She is doing great she has gained 5 lbs. her ear infections, she had them in both ears are gone. She is 28 days into her heartworm treatment. That's why Hemi is crated she can't get her heart rate up so she is kenneled while the boys play. Her turn out Right now. She never barked since being rescued until Hemi came this time. He was out playing she started barking wanting to come out and play.
