    Great. I pulled my butt.

We have another foot of snow on the way and the plow is just piling stuff at the bottom of the driveway and pushing snow into the walls on either side which narrows it to the point we can barely get out. So today we decided to do cleanup and widen the driveway which we had to do manually because yesterday the snow thrower broke and we can't get the replacement part until next Tuesday.

We were out all day, nonstop. And sometime around 4 pm, my lower back started to hurt on my right side. My husband started to massage the area and it wasn't quite right so he messed around a bit and it turned out that the muscle was actually in my butt. I don't even know how that works. I was shoveling, not twerking.

The first muscle pull I had was in my upper butt....oh my gosh, that hurt. I ended up in the emergency room in the middle of the night, it was that bad....and I didn't really know exactly what was going on...and got relief only with a muscle relaxant. Immediate relief....I cried, that felt so good.

That's a tough place to have to deal with without a bit of chemical assistance...all of your posture affects it.

Best thoughts that it resolves soon.

Thanks. It's much better today but I'm resting up and leaving my husband to the chipping.

I took Oliver down and then back up this steep hill behind my house....I thought I was going to die! I did pull my butt muscles, both sides! I couldn't breathe...it was horrible! For me...Oliver was running around having a great old time. Needless to say, I need to get into better shape for both Oliver and myself. Lol.

ROFL, I would have loved to see your face when you figure it out. Did you watch a video? I hope. LOLOL I am laughing about this.

I think Janedoe needs to make a Twerking cake. White fluffy icing and then a driveway a bluer color and maybe a twerking barbie at the end of the drive.

Shoveling the show that the plow has piled up is hard work. DH had to widen our driveway too. Didn't see him twerking though.

Jeff, you are too funny but the cake idea sounds good.
