Maybe running from her is the reason she does it? To start a game?

Lol. No advice...my dog doesn't seem interested in lotion which is good because what a pain to put it all on just for him to lick it all off!

Yes, mine like to try to lick lotion off me. And chapstick, if I bend down to pet them they want to lick chapstick off my lips. I just tell them to "leave it".

lolo.. I know.. I can't even take a bath without her hanging over the tub,( we have a claw foot tub)... helping me... she tries to lick the soap off me... sorry for the visual.. we bath her also in this tub as it is cold out and the hose water is freezing.. yes.. we spoil her but she loves to take a bath in it!

Yep, Archie does it although I can get him to stop. It's not an official bath until it's lick tested.

Oh yes! Mocha loves my lotion! His favorite is cocoa butter but he's partial to the Jergen's almond vanilla, too. He loves my in-shower lotion (cocoa butter) until I put lavender oil in it. Now, it's not so tasty. My face lotion is also a treat, but he only gets to lick it off my hands. He loves chapstick, too! He even has his own tube of peppermint chapstick. When he sees me put on chapstick (my tube), he'll put his chin in my lap for his (from his tube). One time, he bit it off and didn't like it, so now I just rub it on his upper lip and he'll lick the tube. It's pretty cute.
