    Question Harness

What kind of harness is this and is it good for preventing pulling? Or what does it do?

It's an Easy Walk harness. It will prevent pulling, but it can also rub their skin raw under their arms, this happened to Cabo. Also, it is not good for them from an ortho standpoint...it can cause issues with their shoulders, the way it crosses in front. We used to have an ortho vet tech on here who could better explain it. The only harness I would recommend to stop pulling, is a Freedom Harness.

Yep, it rubbed Zoey super raw under the armpits. Never used it again.

As far as harnesses go, I do like the sporn harnesses and that's about it. I never tried the freedom harness. I don't have any pullers

Oliver isn't horrible at pulling but he does pull a tad. He pulls the worst when he sees another person/dog and thinks they need to pay attention to him. He is getting so big now and if I can't get a handle on it now, I won't be able to stop him at all because he will get bigger than me.

Thanks for the advice on harnesses. I just saw this one online and wasn't sure about it.

I have the Easy Walk Harness and I am not too thrilled with it. For my dog it does not prevent pulling. I also find it very awkward to use. I recently bought a Sporn harness but have not tried it yet.
