    Pet stores are dangerous places...

I went to the pet store during lunch to get Emma a new toy and there was the cutest shepherd mix. He came over to Emma and sniff her and submitted to her. Then she play bowed at him and they started to play. He was so cute I seriously thought about inquiring more about him to get him adopted.

Yes, it is! They are there every other Tuesday with dogs.

I'd never buy a dog from a pet store since 99% of the time it's from a puppy mill or BYB

Dangerous is right. Petsmart here hosts several rescues on weekends. They sure are tempting.

I told my GF about it and showed her a picture and she was like I would have killed you but at the same time. She really wants another dog in a year or so.

The amount of money you spend on more toys and treats when you've got hundreds at home is dangerous too! We have rescues at our stores here too... they are SOOOO cute I have to make a conscious effort to avoid them on Saturdays!

on the plus side a real rescue won't actually let you adopt on the spot. So you would have time to come to your senses (the adoption process) even if you had a weak moment and put in your name haha
