    Can I outsmart Sam?

Probably not, but here is my newest effort to thwart Sam. It's a covered toilet paper holder! Maybe now I won't spend my mornings chasing him down for stealing toilet paper!

Well you've certainly made it more challenging for him.

You will have to let us know. That one actually looks attractive. But I'm pretty sure it won't thwart my TP abuser, Lucy kitten. I bet Lucy could still get at the sides. I thought I'd make one like the black and grey one on the top here:

toilet paper cover for cats - Google Search

But I will make elastic sides on it too.

I'm not too hopeful but we'll see! We left the bathroom door open for a long time yesterday and he didn't pay any attention. Stinker! Usually when we let our guard down, he takes advantage.

Been a challenge with Archie too. So far, putting the roll on backwards with the end tucked in the back has slowed him down. Haven't got great hopes for the future since he's still very interested in it.

I think that is more of a challenge to him than a deterrent. "Oh lokie here, a new puzzle to solve!, This will be FUN!"
